We are currently looking to add additional high-calibre Guitar Sales Consultants to work in our flagship store, who are fully focussed on delivering pre and post-sale advice to our customers. We are looking for someone who understands our customers and can help them find the perfect solution to their needs. You must possess excellent product and brand knowledge of acoustic, electric, bass guitars, and amps. You will need a desire to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service. This role is for a 4-day week schedule, working Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements:
Excellent product and brand knowledge of acoustic, electric, bass guitars, and amps
desire to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service
excellent time management and organisational skills
knowledge of Guitar history/heritage of the main brands
knowledge of the construction and features of Guitars
able to explain differences between brands and give independent advice
able to identify features and benefits relevant to customer over phone and via email
ability to absorb new information and pass it on
customer service experience, ideally in retail or music equipment sector
communication skills to converse and build relationships with individuals, customers, and staff
ability to react to challenges while remaining calm
confidence and organisational skills to control a busy sales environment
previous experience in retail sales or similar preferred
attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
computer literate (especially MS Outlook and Excel)
