Our client a research firm is seek a Part time Research Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Viriginia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support qualitative research projects through participant coordination
  • Clean contact lists and manage outreach to potential research participants
  • Track responses and manage participant scheduling into studies
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and files
  • Support multiple projects with shifting priorities

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented with strong data accuracy and proofreading skills
  • Comfortable managing repetitive, system based work without errors
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to pivot as priorities change
  • Familiar with basic data privacy and permission workflows
