Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse who wants to make a difference by joining our team and supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Hastings. The hours will be part time working 7 hour shifts. Full flexibility required to work around existing flexible working arrangements. We need enthusiastic people, who share our values and hold excellent clinical skills with real drive to promote the health and social wellbeing of our residents through delivering person centred care. You will be a qualified nurse, with a current registration. You will be expected to take responsibility for leading, motivating, supporting, and supervising a team of support workers in a busy and vibrant home environment where no two days are the same. You will be aided by Senior Support Workers on each shift and have a welcoming and supportive management team working with you to ensure that residents receive the highest levels of care. We are a well-established charity committed to providing essential nursing and round-the-clock support to adults with profound disabilities.

Requirements

  • Qualified nurse with current registration
