Job Description:

We are hiring a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant as an entry point into our recruiting team, designed for those who want to build experience and grow into future full-time opportunities. No prior recruiting experience is required - we provide training and mentorship. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, people-focused, and energized by working in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting recruiting operations and candidate experience while gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting activities for part-time roles, including application review, sourcing, screenings, and interviews
  • Support full-time sourcing efforts through candidate outreach and pipeline support, partnering with recruiters to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Audit candidate records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process consistency
  • Assist with troubleshooting system, workflow, or data-related issues
  • Update recruiting resources, templates, and internal documentation
  • Partner with recruiters on special projects and process improvements
  • Provide administrative and operational support that keeps the recruiting function running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
  • Hybrid schedule, but must be able to work in person one day per week at our Elmhurst, IL office
