We are looking for a skilled and motivated Part-Time Recruiter to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This position offers a great opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding of new hires
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability and fit for the role
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate information
  • Handle high-volume recruitment tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations during the hiring process

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
  • Strong skills in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

  • Experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
