This pivotal position is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. As the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of Paul Rigby Ltd, ensuring that all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting various administrative tasks within our busy automotive environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and bookings efficiently
  • Handle general enquiries related to automotive services and company offerings
  • Maintain reception area tidiness and ensure it represents the company’s standards
  • Support administrative duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service
  • Assist with processing paperwork related to vehicle servicing and driving documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within Automotive & Driving industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using telephone systems, email, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Attention to detail and a professional attitude towards all tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
