A well-respected real estate firm in Dallas is seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to support their office operations. This position is Monday through Friday, 1pm–6pm. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and personable, able to provide excellent service to clients and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming office environment
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for agents and leadership
Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and preparing documents
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
Support communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
Perform additional clerical support tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
some college coursework preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in real estate or professional services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency with phone systems, MS Office, and calendar management tools
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently for afternoon office hours
