Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring efficient communication
Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain tidy reception areas
Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Support the organisation of office supplies and inventory management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily tasks
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
