Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist for a short-term contract assignment. This role will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing packages
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering as needed
Support other departments with clerical tasks and special projects
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment
