This organization is seeking a professional, upbeat Part-Time Receptionist to support daily front desk and office operations in a business-casual, corporate environment. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and employees, helping ensure a welcoming and well-organized office experience.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome guests and vendors, directing them to appropriate meeting spaces
Register visitors with building security and coordinate guest access
Answer incoming calls from security and internal teams regarding visitors
Issue visitor and facility passes
Direct employees to appropriate contacts for ad hoc questions
Receive, sort, and send mail and packages
Assist with meeting and group event preparation
Maintain general upkeep of the lobby and public areas
Liaise with facilities and administrative team members for day-to-day and ad hoc needs
Requirements:
One year or more of front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred
