Job Description:

The award winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a part time Spa Receptionist. Job Responsibility:

Working as part of a team of Spa Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest service
Assisting in driving the financial performance of the spa including retail sales, treatment scheduling and up selling
Taking care of day guests, hotel guests and spa members
Ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests
Have complete knowledge of treatments and services offered
Co-ordinate guests' consultation records with therapy team
Responsible for all billing procedures and reconciliation of funds
Complete daily opening procedures and check lists
Schedule reservations of spa services for guests
Organise scheduling to maximise use of time and profitability
Show professional attitude at all times
Supervise safety of users and equipment
Recognise importance of sales in every aspect of role
Prepare reception area for next shift
Ensure guest areas are kept clean and up to standard

Requirements:

Previous experience within a luxury five star environment would be beneficial
Experience of working with hotel and spa booking and scheduling software
Excellent written and spoken English
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
Impeccable personal presentation
Excellent understanding of client care and five star standards
Genuine interest in holistic spa philosophy
Committed, enthusiastic and customer focused
Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team
