Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Administrator to join our client's small, collaborative team on a part-time basis. This is a dynamic role that blends traditional lettings administration with support for social media and marketing activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare tenancy documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding process for tenants
  • Handle applicant enquiries and manage the email inbox efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly
  • Support the team with general day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to facilitate effective communication
  • Assist in content creation and posting on social media channels
  • Help promote the brand and enhance online visibility

Requirements:
