Job Description:

Part-Time Preschool Floater Staff to support our classrooms in Kailua and Kāneʻohe. This role is perfect for educators, aides, students, or caregivers who want meaningful part-time work with predictable weekday hours and no evenings or weekends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Step in to support classrooms as needed throughout the day
  • Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
  • Assist with play-based learning activities, routines, and transitions
  • Build positive relationships with children and staff
  • Support a calm, organized, and respectful school environment

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Training provided
  • CDA or degree in ECE (or working toward one) for Teachers/Caregivers
  • Infant/Toddler training preferred for younger age groups
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)
