Job Description:

Part-Time Commercial Photographer to tackle new challenges in a growing, dynamic and innovative environment. Conduct photo shoots for small business clients, managing a tight schedule at multiple locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct exterior and interior business photo shoots for small business client base following specific and detailed instructions, using specialized company equipment
  • Effectively manage a tight shooting schedule at multiple locations
  • Use a Digital SLR camera, tripod and other professional photographic equipment to efficiently set up and execute panoramic photo shoots to accurate and exacting technological standards
  • Multi-task, maintain a schedule, adapt and think on your feet as priorities arise and change, keep yourself organized, pay very close attention to detail, troubleshoot technical aspects of the photo equipment
  • Arrive early to be set up and ready
  • Work early morning or late evening hours to accommodate business operating hours
  • Communicate time off requests with ample notice
  • Consistently meet and exceed client requirements and maintain a high level of accountability for all processes related to shooting photos
  • Follow established protocols with the use of all company equipment and materials including cameras, design software, email, phone, fax, and internal and external databases

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree preferred but not required
  • Must have a reliable automobile and clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of professional camera equipment and DSLR cameras
  • Ability to work independently across a broad geography
  • Ability to maintain a well-organized workflow and flexible schedule
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple projects efficiently
  • Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
  • Ability to drive continuously for very long periods (sometimes four hours or more)
  • Ability to work in assigned photography territories for eight or more hours each day Monday through Friday
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicle regularly
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, sometimes in inclement weather, carrying approximately twenty pounds of equipment
  • Ability to drive an automobile after dark all seasons of the year and in occasionally inclement weather
  • Ability to open and close doors to the entrances of prospective business customers
  • Travel multiple days through the week

  • Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing both interior and exterior crowd control and assisting the staff in enforcing the rules and policies of the ASCs.
  • Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
  • Perform quality biometrics processing to include capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within established program-wide processing times.
  • Screen applicants entering the facility to ensure they have a valid appointment notice and identification allowing their entry into the ASC.
  • Utilize crowd control barriers (stanchions or rails) to ensure a safe and organized entry into the facility.
  • Visually inspect applicants and their belongings prior to allowing entry into the facility.
  • Conducting periodic facility checks (both interior and exterior) reporting any concerns to the Site Supervisor to manage.
  • Assist the Site Supervisor and/or government Immigration Service Officer in calling local law enforcement or first responders when necessary.
  • Manage and complete with accuracy administrative paperwork such as tracking processing time for applicants, reconciliation paperwork of biometrics captured, assisting in maintaining a visitor control log for non-applicants entering the facility, signing off on facility checks and other administrative duties as needed.
