Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to support them with a range of administrative and day to day tasks. This role is ideal for someone friendly, proactive and efficient, who enjoys variety and can take initiative with confidence.
Job Responsibility:
General household administration & property management
Liaising with contractors and service providers
Running errands and assisting with day to day tasks
Ordering household items and supplies
Arranging travel, transport and reservations
Providing flexible support across a variety of ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Strong administrative skills with good IT capability across Mac and Microsoft 365
Excellent organisational and filing skills
Self motivated, calm, and adaptable
Confident driver
Good local knowledge of Edinburgh
Friendly, approachable and able to work autonomously
