Job Responsibility:
Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle multi-state payroll responsibilities, including adhering to various state regulations
Administer payroll for union employees, ensuring proper deductions and contributions
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to address payroll discrepancies and inquiries
Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Generate payroll reports and provide insights for management review
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Assist with audits related to payroll processes and records
Implement improvements to streamline payroll operations and increase efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
