We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our team in Branson, Missouri. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in managing payroll processes, including multi-state and full-cycle payroll, for a dynamic service-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll systems and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly and weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Handle multi-state payroll processes, addressing state-specific regulations and requirements
  • Utilize payroll software, such as UKG Pro and UKG Ready, to efficiently manage payroll tasks
  • Perform garnishment processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • Analyze and reconcile payroll data to identify discrepancies and make necessary corrections
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries
  • Generate detailed payroll reports using advanced Excel formulas and VBA for data analysis
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and industry standards
