Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to join the charity as an Operations and Compliance Coordinator. You will play a pivotal role in supporting both day-to-day operational delivery and compliance/governance processes, helping to ensure the organisation meets its regulatory requirements while providing an excellent internal service.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organisation
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, changes, and leavers
  • Maintain accurate systems, records, and documentation
  • Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate internal processes to support efficient service delivery
  • Support compliance activities to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute key documentation
  • Take minutes and track actions to completion
  • Maintain governance records, policies, and compliance logs
  • Assist with audits and reporting requirements
  • Produce reports relating to HR, operations, and compliance metrics
  • Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and records
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Team and Board of Trustees
  • Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation

Requirements
