Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls

AP/AR work in QuickBooks Online
Coordinate with the CPA firm
Assist with job scheduling and tracking
Track inventory and place orders once familiar
Call in locates and submit permits as necessary
Spot opportunities to streamline processes and workflows
Create simple flyers, door hangers, or ads in Canva
Capture job-site photos for social media (optional, if comfortable)
Keep the office space organized and running smoothly
Help with year-end cleanup, budgeting setup, and general process improvements
Requirements:
Organized, steady, and great with customers
Comfortable jumping between tasks
Confident on the phone
Tech-friendly (QuickBooks Online, scheduling systems, Canva – or willing to learn)
Reliable, trustworthy, and enjoys supporting a small team
