Job Responsibility

  • Office management: Handling various administrative tasks such as diary management, office supplies, and visitor access
  • Invoicing: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy
  • Statement reconciliation: Matching bank and credit card statements with supplier invoices
  • Payments: Checking supplier invoices and ensuring timely payment
  • Health & Safety: Assisting with annual H&S risk assessment and raising day-to-day issues with the serviced office
  • Events management: Supporting marketing colleagues in arranging events and working with venues
  • Supporting the CEO
  • Play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an Office Management role is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Flexible approach allows you to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
