Job Responsibility:
Office management: Handling various administrative tasks such as diary management, office supplies, and visitor access
Invoicing: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy
Statement reconciliation: Matching bank and credit card statements with supplier invoices
Payments: Checking supplier invoices and ensuring timely payment
Health & Safety: Assisting with annual H&S risk assessment and raising day-to-day issues with the serviced office
Events management: Supporting marketing colleagues in arranging events and working with venues
Supporting the CEO

Requirements:
Previous experience within an Office Management role is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail
Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
Flexible approach allows you to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality
