We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations in a professional office setting in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, computer savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to office staff
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with internal and external inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Perform data entry and update information in internal systems
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic office tasks
  • Support team communication using Microsoft Teams
  • Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
