We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Miami Beach, FL. This is a contract position ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys hands-on administrative work, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and in order. This role is for weekends only, and parking is not provided.
Job Responsibility:
Organize, sort, and file receipts and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and digital)
Assist with data entry and ensure information is recorded correctly
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Support basic administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and organizing paperwork
Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with tracking and categorizing expenses as needed
Provide general clerical support to the team
Requirements:
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and email)
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a weekend schedule
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
