We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, Washington for 16-20 hours/week. Job Responsibility:
Manage document scanning and filing to maintain organized and accessible records
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scheduling
Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately
Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations
Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment as needed
Assist with preparing reports and presentations as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative, file clerk, or office assistant role
Strong proficiency in scanning, filing, and document management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with basic clerical duties and office equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
