We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, Washington for 16-20 hours/week. This role involves providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks. Job Responsibility

  • Manage document scanning and filing to maintain organized and accessible records
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scheduling
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment as needed
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative, file clerk, or office assistant role
