Job Description:

Part-time nanny role focused on caring for a baby boy who will be approximately 3 months old when the position commences. The role offers 24 hours per week over 4 days, with a 12-month contract term starting in late February / early March 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Attentive and nurturing care for the infant
Feeding using expressed breast milk or formula
Nappy changes and assisting with naps and settling
Age-appropriate interaction and gentle play
Maintaining a calm, safe, and responsive care environment
Washing and preparing bottles
Tidying baby areas

Requirements:

Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
Have the right to work in Australia
Be non-smoking
Provide professional references relevant to infant care
Demonstrated experience caring for newborns and young infants
Is calm, reliable, and nurturing
Confidently follows routines and communicates clearly with parents
Is comfortable working independently once the parent returns to the office
