Job Description:

A family in Carlingford is looking for a warm, energetic and organised nanny to provide attentive care for their 14 month old two days per week. This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, creating engaging play experiences, and supporting a child’s daily routine in a calm and caring way. The family values trust, empathy, honesty, respect and love, and is seeking a nanny who naturally reflects these values in their care.

Job Responsibility:

Providing attentive, nurturing care throughout the day
Preparing and serving meals and snacks for the child
Supporting nap time and daily routines
Changing nappies regularly and assisting with showers as needed
Engaging in play, entertainment and age-appropriate activities
Keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas tidy, organised and vacuumed
Washing and organising the child’s clothes

Requirements:

Childcare qualifications required
3+ years experience as a nanny or working in childcare
Current Working with Children's check
Current First Aid
Valid full driver’s licence and own car
Confident, proactive and organised
Creative, energetic and genuinely interested in child development

Nice to have:

Childcare qualifications (preferred)
