Job Description

Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate licensed therapist to join our locally owned clinic. This role offers the flexibility to remain part-time or gradually build a full-time caseload over time. You’ll work in a supportive environment focused on collaboration, creativity, and expanding access to quality mental health care.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, or couples therapy
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
  • Use creative, evidence-informed approaches to help clients reach their goals

Requirements

  • Evening and/or weekend availability required
  • Minimum caseload 12-15 recorded client sessions per week for part-time clinicians
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Active Michigan license: LPC, LMSW, LP, LLPC, or LLMSW
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Experience working with children (8+), teens, couples, or families preferred
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus)
