Can balance being warm and friendly with confidently asking for the sale
Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating wins, both big and small
Are able to build rapport with parents and family members and utilize all available resources to meet their needs
Use observation, conversation and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions
Sales, customer service or hospitality experience preferred (we’ll train the right personality!)
Are you able to work some weekday evenings and/or weekend mornings (our busiest times)?
Are you able to perform the physical job functions of the position described (using a standing/upright desk, being on your feet for extended periods of time, lifting, bending, light cleaning duties)?
Are you willing/able to perform lifeguard duties as needed (standing in a chlorinated pool environment kept at 90 degrees with 50% humidity for extended periods of time)?

Job Responsibility

Provide guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person during swim lessons
Introduce families to our program and guide them through their first days at Goldfish
Support swimmers as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros
Contribute to strong membership retention and growth
Contact new inquiries promptly and convert them into memberships
