Are willing/able to perform lifeguard duties as needed (standing in a chlorinated pool environment kept at 90 degrees with 50% humidity for extended periods of time)

Job Responsibility

Provide guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person
Introduce families to our program and guide them through their first days at Goldfish
Support swimmers as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros
Contribute to strong membership retention and growth
Contact new inquiries promptly and convert them into memberships
