Job Description

At Goldfish Swim School, we care about providing top-notch swim lessons to combat the ever-growing drowning statistics. We also have a reputation for our golden experience & WOW customer service, thanks to the culture created by our team members. We’re looking for part time front desk sales associates who can contribute to swim lesson success by providing guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person during swim lessons. Front Desk Sales Associates introduce families to our program and guide them through their first days at Goldfish and support swimmers as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros.

  • Sales, customer service or hospitality experience preferred (we’ll train the right personality!)
  • Are you able to work some weekday evenings and/or weekend mornings (our busiest times)?
  • Are you able to perform the physical job functions of the position described (using a standing/upright desk, being on your feet for extended periods of time, lifting, bending, light cleaning duties)?
  • Are you willing/able to perform lifeguard duties as needed (standing in a chlorinated pool environment kept at 90 degrees with 50% humidity for extended periods of time)?
