Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, organizing, and assigning projects within Airtable, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely execution. They will help coordinate the development of marketing assets, including sales materials, and create clear, structured creative briefs to guide content, design, and production efforts. Ongoing KPI reporting and performance tracking will also be part of the role.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day marketing activities for the Body Jewelry marketing team
  • Scheduling, organizing and assigning projects to the marketing & creative teams in Airtable
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including sales materials
  • Develop creative briefs to guide content, design, and production teams
  • On-going marketing KPI reporting

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2-3 yrs Marketing experience
