The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, organizing, and assigning projects within Airtable, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely execution. They will help coordinate the development of marketing assets, including sales materials, and create clear, structured creative briefs to guide content, design, and production efforts. Ongoing KPI reporting and performance tracking will also be part of the role.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day marketing activities for the Body Jewelry marketing team
Scheduling, organizing and assigning projects to the marketing & creative teams in Airtable
Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including sales materials
Develop creative briefs to guide content, design, and production teams
On-going marketing KPI reporting
