Leisure Attendants are the friendly faces in yellow and red that you see around the building, and we’re looking for new people to join the team and help keep the centres running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising customers in the swimming pool and all other areas of the centre, ensuring their safety
  • Using lifesaving skills to rescue swimmers in difficulty
  • Setting up and taking down sports equipment as required for events
  • Answering customer queries and directing them around the building

Requirements:

  • A current NPLQ
  • Experience of working with children and vulnerable persons
  • A positive outlook and excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work within a rota
