Our client is looking for a Part Time Legal Secretary. A leading firm. This opportunity is with a well-established professional services firm located in Edinburgh. They have a reputation for delivering high-quality client-focused services and are known for their expertise within their field.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports accurately
  • Manage and organise client files and records with confidentiality
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the Private Client team
  • Handle client communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner
  • Support the team with billing and invoicing tasks
  • Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring and following up on tasks
  • Maintain and update client databases and systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally in professional services
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
