Fill-in in case of call off or no shows, or coordinates team help

Ensuring adherence to all company policies and processes
Drive continuous improvement, emphasising safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction and morale
Actively participate in Daily Shift briefings, using and completing reports, monitoring safety, whilst ensuring all KPI’s are met
Demonstrate best in practice loading and securing techniques are always used, with load information (including photographic evidence) is recorded on AO’s systems, limiting risk of movement in transit
Complete in full all required paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, both nationwide and internationally
Ensure all shipments comply with customer specific requirements
