This role partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and deliver top technical talent. Job Responsibility:
Source and recruit IT professionals across multiple technologies
Screen candidates and manage interview coordination
Partner with hiring managers on requirements and hiring strategy
Manage candidate pipelines and ATS updates
Deliver a strong candidate experience end‑to‑end
Requirements:
2+ years of IT or technical recruiting experience
Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and fast‑paced environments
