Job Description:

The Department of Biological Sciences at EKU is seeking part-time instructors to teach undergraduate lectures and laboratories, starting Spring 2026 semester with options to renew.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teach undergraduate lectures and laboratories
  • Courses may include Introductory Biology (for majors and for non-majors) and Human Anatomy and Physiology
  • Course load of up to 9 credit hours per semester

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in the related field
  • At least 18 graduate credit hours from a regionally accredited or internationally recognized institution
  • For lecture instruction, graduate degree in Biology or a closely related field is required
  • Ph.D. preferred
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
