Job Description

We are looking for a skilled part time HR generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with employees and leadership to ensure HR processes are efficient and align with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to coverage, enrollment, and changes
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance within HR systems
  • Support employee relations efforts, including handling investigations and preparing necessary documentation
  • Facilitate recruitment activities such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies
  • Assist in performance management processes by organizing employee documentation and evaluations
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee relations and general HR administration
