Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Part time HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Rockville, Maryland.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
Post job advertisements, review applications, and conduct phone screens
Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system
Coordinate and schedule interviews via Zoom, including panel logistics
Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries
Maintain accurate records within HRIS and SharePoint
Support additional HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
Requirements:
Foundational knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
