Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in White Plains, NY is looking for a HR Assisant. Location: White Plains, NY On-site PART TIME (25 hours) Pay: $22-$24/hr. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Support employee relations processes and general HR support activities Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Provide administrative support for HR projects, reporting, and internal initiatives Assist with employee engagement and internal communications efforts Required Qualifications: 1–2 years of HR or HR-adjacent administrative experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) HRIS experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
