  • End‑to‑end HR administration (contracts, variations, payroll changes)
  • Onboarding, induction, and offboarding
  • Attendance, sickness, and leave management
  • Payroll coordination and HR data integrity
  • UK right‑to‑work and visa compliance
  • Ownership of HR policies, handbooks, and document control
  • Employee engagement (Peakon)
  • Employee relations support working with the HR Consultant (disciplinary and grievance processes)
  • Recruitment administration and agency management
  • Support for engagement and culture initiatives

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Confident operating independently and enforcing consistent processes
