Job Responsibility

  • Arranging bi-annual social events
  • Updating HR systems with employee information
  • Prepare offer letters/ employee contracts
  • Record contract changes, promotions & salary updates
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Liaise with department managers regarding recruitment needs
  • Organise new starter onboarding (induction/ paperwork/ training schedules)
  • Ensure company policies are up to date and compliant
  • Keep records for disciplinary/ grievance procedures
  • Supporting manangers with documentation for HR cases
  • Act as first point of contact for basic HR queries such as holiday, entitment, policies
  • Maintain return-to-work records
  • Absence/ leave management

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience
  • CIPD qualification ideal but not essential
