Part-Time Housekeeping & Operations

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for safe and clean environment
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
• Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the team
• Support operations team with receiving and processing product, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to use approved chemicals and equipment safely
• Capable of performing physical cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow company policies
• Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• No retail experience required
• Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
