Job Description:

To assist us in driving our strategic and creative vision forward, the University is now seeking to appoint a Part-time Hourly Lecturer to join our computing team.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing and delivering on-campus and digitally taught sessions including lectures, workshops, and tutorials
Conducting assessment
Administrative duties such as register taking, preparing handouts and course material, and writing tutorial notes

Requirements:

Strong programming skills
Proficiency in Unity development with C#
Hands-on experience working on Virtual Reality projects
Ability to support students in taking creative risks and addressing global challenges
Advocate for the cultural, social and economic benefit of the arts
Strong organisation, communication and teamworking skills
Professional and/or teaching experience in a related area

Nice to have:

Experience with Augmented Reality projects
Working knowledge of web development
Experience using Python in the context of Machine Learning
Relevant HE level teaching experience in the UK
