Job Responsibility:

  • Promoting and executing all pro active sales initiatives
  • generating leads for future business
  • promoting Meetings & Events business within Perth (including weddings, parties, wakes and conferences)
  • being an expert on all the hotel facilities
  • advising guests based on their individual needs
  • recording and processing all enquiries made by phone, email, or face to face
  • ensuring all guests are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
  • working with teammates and liaising with the wider hotel team to ensure all leads are followed and departmental targets and individual KPI's are met
