Job Responsibility

Oversee all financial activities: day-to-day accounting, financial planning, and management reporting
Ensure compliance with CLC Accounts Rules, particularly in handling and reconciling client accounts
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP
Produce cash flow forecasts and manage working capital to meet operational needs
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
Collate payroll data and coordinate with Accountants
Manage VAT returns and corporation tax filings in line with HMRC requirements
Collaborate with the conveyancing team for timely billing and accurate fee allocation
Maintain and enhance internal financial controls, policies, and systems
