Job Responsibility

Manage purchase and sales ledgers, processing invoices, payments, and approvals accurately
Reconcile all bank accounts and support maintenance of clear financial controls across productions and SPVs
Track funding, cashflow, and spend across development projects and active productions
Prepare quarterly VAT returns and maintain organised, audit-ready finance documentation
Assist with monthly management accounts, board reporting, and project cost reports
Support statutory, contractual, and broadcaster reporting requirements
Help maintain project budgets and cost tracking, ensuring accurate coding and variance updates
Monitor global production incentives and financing opportunities
Act as the internal point person for Movie Magic Budgeting (training provided)
Manage company subscriptions and support system housekeeping
