Job Description

Part-Time Family Assistant position in Broomfield, CO. Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6/7 p.m., with a few days a month being 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guaranteed 16 to 20 hours per week. Short-term position for 3+ months with opportunity to extend. Live-out position. Start ASAP.

Job Responsibility

  • Household organization (light cleaning, dishes, and general tidying)
  • Light cooking / meal prep
  • Running errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, household shopping)
  • Family laundry
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Pet care
  • Helping obtain quotes for household services
  • Occasional transportation for the girl
  • Light after-school care for 14-year-old girl
  • Occasionally assist with school or bus stop pickups and drop-offs
  • Prepare dinner for the girl when parents are working late or traveling

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Family Assistant, Nanny Manager, or House Management experience
  • A laid-back yet highly organized approach
  • Proactive with strong independent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • A warm and engaging personality
  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
