If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client based in Woking, is looking for a dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
  • Managing security systems to ensure they function properly
  • Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across the premises and grounds
  • Coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger or specialist maintenance works
  • Managing relationships with tenants in the building
  • Conducting Health & Safety audits
  • Performing general yard duties

Requirements

  • Good practical maintenance or facilities experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English

  • React to loss of electrical power and other utility outages, as well as assist in restoration efforts following weather related events
