Job Responsibility:
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
Managing security systems to ensure they function properly
Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across the premises and grounds
Coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger or specialist maintenance works
Managing relationships with tenants in the building
Conducting Health & Safety audits
Performing general yard duties
Requirements:
Good practical maintenance or facilities experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task effectively
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
What we offer:
Competitive Salary: £18,000 - £19,500 per year (DOE) for a 22.5-hour contract, with flexibility in scheduling the weekly hours over 3-5 days
