Job Description:

As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible to accurately take guest orders and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. This position is located at the SpringHill Suites located in Ewing, NJ. This is a part-time position with shifts from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM on various days (up to 24 hours weekly). Weekend and Holiday availability is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries
  • Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards
  • Maintaining an accurate cash drawer
  • Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff
  • Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be capable of accurately handling money
  • Reading, math, and communication skills
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends is required
  • Adhere to brand and company standards
