The Residences at Creekside is hiring a Delegated RN and on call position who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Administrating treatments and documentation
  • Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
  • Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis
  • Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

  • Must have an active Certification as an RN
  • Minimum two years of experience is required
