We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Middleton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between customers and our organization, ensuring satisfaction through exceptional support and efficient service. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a detail-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Manage order entry and ensure accuracy in processing requests
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and addressing concerns
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations
  • Adapt to evolving processes and systems to enhance service delivery
  • Provide product or service information to customers as needed
  • Uphold company standards in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Strong skills in order entry and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with customer service software or tools
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed
